Pick Up Instructions:
Please pick up and return your vehicle to the depot at the time agreed upon in your rental contract.

Lil'RV can sometimes meet you with the vehicle at an agreed place in the Las Vegas area. Lil' RV will contact you directly in regards to this.
Office Hours
Monday - Friday: 9.00am to 4.30pm
Saturday: 9.00am to 12.00pm
Rental Office will be closed Sundays and on the following public holidays: Easter Sunday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year’s Day.
Vehicle Collection and Return
Monday - Friday: Collection between - 1.00pm and 3.00pm
At collection of vehicle, staff will provide a complimentary vehicle consultation - including an explanation of all the interior and exterior features of the vehicle, as well as driving tips.
Return between - 9.00am and 11.00 am.
A “late return fee” of $55.00 will apply if the desired return is between 11.01 am - 3.00 pm.
Please note - if vehicles are returned late, without permission, a charge of $20 will apply for each hour that it is overdue.
Saturday:
Vehicles must be collected and returned between 9.00am and 11.00am.
Transfers:
Failure to return return the vehicle at the depot or an agreed place may result in a relocation fee being charge or up to $700.00.Transfers to and from the rental office are not included in the rental price. It is the renter’s responsibility to get to and from the rental office.
